Your answers are in. Where can we reach you?
What the registration call covers
- Four questions about the stepsWhere you will register, what is already filed, and how you plan to pay yourself.
- A video call with the mail you haveBring whatever the state and the IRS have sent. We start with your next step.
- The order, then the booksYou leave with your next steps, and Form 2553 prepared with you if you're ready.
Two filings, then the books
Registering an S corp takes two filings. Your state forms the company, and the IRS accepts the election on Form 2553. Then payroll for your salary and the books follow, and we help with each step.
If an S corp isn't the right fit yet, we'll tell you before you file. If the registration is part of a loan, we can join the meeting with your banker, in person or on video. We set payroll up, and you run each payday with the provider you pick.
