Who these terms are with

Services on this site are provided by Steven Palmieri, Dallas, Texas. Using this site means you accept this page. What the practice does not do is set out on the disclosures page, and those limits are part of these terms.

What the pages are

Everything published here is general information for an owner who is sorting a state filing from a federal election. It is not advice about your own numbers. Reading it does not make you a client. Rules change and land differently on different facts, so confirm anything that matters for your return before you rely on a sentence.

A free call is a conversation

The time offered on the calendar creates no engagement, no ongoing duty, and no obligation on either side. We will say what we see in the papers you describe and what an engagement would involve, including when the honest answer is that you do not need one yet. Work begins only when both sides sign a written engagement that names the scope and the fee.

Scope and fees

Every engagement is defined in writing before it starts. Fees are quoted for that scope. Work outside it is quoted before it is done. Either side may end an engagement in writing. You remain responsible for fees earned to that date, and your records come back to you.

The work is only as good as the records it stands on. You are responsible for complete records, for what your own systems contain, and for the decisions you make. We will say when something does not tie. We will not build a return on a month that never closed, and we will not treat a state receipt as an election.

The site itself

The words, layouts, and images belong to the practice that publishes them. You may read them, print them, and quote them with attribution. You may not republish the site or use it to train a product without written permission.

The site is provided as it stands. We keep it accurate and available. We do not promise it will never be wrong or never be down. Nothing here limits a liability that the law refuses to limit.

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Texas, and any dispute belongs in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.

Bring the state receipt and, if you have it, the federal form or the acceptance. If the federal form is blank, say that in the note. We will not treat a software menu as a substitute for that paper. We will not run payday. A provider you already run keeps the wage calculation.

Nothing on the public pages is your return. A made-up shop, if one appears, is labeled as made up. You should not expect a sample row to match your own year.
