Ask about a note
A sealed envelope with the name turned down, because this page is about what a note keeps.

Who receives a note

Services on this site are provided by Steven Palmieri, Dallas, Texas. Questions about this page go to +1 844-324-7273. There is no mailbox printed here.

What you type

A form receives the fields you can see. Your name, your email address, your phone number, and the note about which paper is still blank. There is no hidden field that collects a different fact. A honeypot field exists only to catch automated submissions, and a person is not asked to fill it.

If you open the calendar and choose a time, Microsoft Bookings takes the booking details on our behalf and they reach the same practice. The frame stays empty until you ask for it, so the booking page does not pull your focus when it loads.

What the browser stores

A page view can carry two random identifiers that your own browser stores, one that lasts and one that ends when you close the tab, plus the referring page and any campaign tags in the link you followed. The record stays on our server. It exists so we can tell which pages are worth keeping.

If the browser sends Do Not Track, that record is skipped. There is no advertising pixel, no visitor identification service, and no third party analytics suite. The network that delivers the pages logs ordinary request data for security and rate limits.

Google Ads tag, on some of our sites. Tells us which Google ads led to a visit or a form submission. Google may use this under its own policy. You can control ad personalization in your Google account settings.

Microsoft Advertising tag, on some of our sites. Tells us which Microsoft (Bing) ads led to a visit or a form submission. Microsoft may use this under its own privacy statement.

Why it is held

We hold a note so we can reply, prepare for the call you asked for, do the work if you engage us, see which pages help, and meet ordinary record duties. We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for someone else's advertising. No decision about you is made by an unreviewed script.

An enquiry is kept while we answer it and while an engagement and its records require. If you would rather we did not keep it, say so on the phone and it goes. You can ask what we hold and ask for a correction. The same phone reaches the person who can do that.

If this page changes

The wording at the top changes with the page. A material change is made here rather than announced on a different site. This pass added the note that the calendar frame stays empty until you ask for it. It did not add a new kind of collection.

The booking address is split in the page so a mailbox never appears in the HTML. A tap, or a real scroll that brings the frame into view, is what joins the two halves. Until then the frame has no source. A browser with scripts off still has a link to this site's own booking page.

We keep an enquiry while the conversation is open and while an engagement's records require it. A request to delete is handled by the same person who answers the phone. We do not add a second store for advertising, and we do not append the note to a list we sell.
